Welcome to Red Hot Potato Company – Cornwall’s answer to high quality event catering.
We’re a family run business with a passion for preparing and serving only the finest quality food that we can lay our hands on. Where possible, we source all of our produce and ingredients from local suppliers – thereby keeping our environmental impact to a minimum.
We’re able to cater for various sized events right across the country – serving our fresh jacket potatoes and delicious toppings from a variety of different sized marquee-style outlets. Whether it’s a festival, county show, steam rally, wedding or party, we have the experience and facilities to meet demand.

WE SOURCE ALL OF OUR PRODUCE & INGREDIENTS FROM LOCAL SUPPLIERS
All of our jacket potatoes are freshly washed, rolled in Cornish Sea Salt and baked in our brand new Pickwick jacket potato oven.
We’re proud to say that all of our jacket potato toppings are made by us, here in Cornwall. Therefore, we know exactly what’s gone into each and every delicious mouthful. There’s no junk food here!

CHILLI CON CARNE
Our very own homemade Chilli con Carne, made with a rich tomato sauce, fresh chillies, kidney beans and minced beef. Topped off with sour cream and chives.
CHICKEN TIKKA
Homemade chicken tikka sauce, made with fresh onions, garlic, an aromatic selection of spices and of course, delicious chicken pieces.
CHEESE ‘N’ BACON
Cheddar cheese, melted onto a fresh jacket potato and topped off with mouth watering bacon pieces.
CORONATION CHICKEN
A rich and creamy coronation sauce, made with fresh herbs and spices, juicy sultanas and succulent chicken pieces.
BRISKET
Our beautifully slow cooked (8-12 hour) oak smoked Brisket is guaranteed to please the beef lovers out there. Full of flavour and sure to keep your hunger at bay, this is one not to miss!
PULLED PORK
Our succulent pulled pork, served with sweet, fresh apple sauce is sure to satisfy your hunger.
GRIDDLED SAUSAGE
Griddled local pork sausage, freshly chopped and served with any of our sauces.
TUNA MELT
Fresh, line-caught tuna, mixed with a creamy mayonnaise and the sweetest of sweetcorn. Our tuna melt is quite simply amazing!
HUMMUS & ROASTED VEG
Oven roasted vegetables, topped off with creamy hummus and a sprinkling of smoked paprika.
